New Mudeford Netball season is underway!

It was good to get the new Mudeford Sunday netball season started last night. All teams were in attendance and we welcomed a few new players to the league in our 7:20pm game. We are looking to put together a new team so if you would like to get playing please join today or get in touch on 07969 731086, thanks Rich and Kate.

We had two league games with defending champions The Twynham Tigers getting their season off to a good start with a 23-14 win over Desperate Pitches, however it was Desperate Pitches Rhiannon Brown who picked up the player of the game award. In the other league match Allsorts won 14-7 against Winging It who put in an excellent performance, Winging It captain Katie Tagg winning player of the game. Game Of Throws played a mixture of new players and Desperate Pitches in a friendly. As the weeks go on we hope to add more new players to the league and create a 6th team. As mentioned above if you'd like to play please get in touch, all standards are welcome.
