Mudeford Wood 5 a side netball round up!

We are approaching the end of current 5 a side netball season at Mudeford Wood Community Centre however not to worry the next season is only just around the corner and starts on the 31st October. There was a top of the table clash last night as Allsorts held on to seal a dramatic victory over Desperate Housewives to all but seal the title as they won an amazing match 15-14. Fran Giles of Allsorts picking up player of the game.

Muddy Balls gave an excellent account of themselves as they took on second place Desperate Housewives, final score 16-6 to Desperate Housewives with their captain Suzy Ravensdale winning player of the game. Girls With Balls and Winging It had a close contest with Girls With Balls just edging it 6-4 for their second win of the season. 

Thank you to all our teams and of course to Sam our umpire last night. We have bought some new posts and nets for the community centre which hopefully should be delivered sometime this week and will be up for this coming Sunday or the next.
