Mudeford Sunday Netball news - week 9

It was good to see everyone back for week 9 of the season last night at Mudefood Wood Community Centre after a few weeks away due to the court being resurfaced. The wait was worth it as players enjoyed playing on the new court for the first time.

RESULTS

Winging It soared to a decisive 10-3 victory over Net Ninjas, a testament to their impeccable strategy and teamwork. The match displayed an incredible level of athleticism and skill, highlighting the competitive spirit of the league. Well done to Jess Wheeler of Net Ninja's emerged from the game as Player Of The Match despite her teams loss.

Meanwhile, the match between Game Of Throws and Allsorts was a nail-biting spectacle. Allsorts managed to secure a narrow win over Game Of Throws with a scoreline of 19-16. Despite the defeat, Sarah Nineham of Game Of Throws put up an outstanding performance, earning her the Player Of The Match award.

In another exciting game, Desperate Pitches defeated Sweaty Bettys with a 31-7 victory. Sweaty Betty's put in a good display against the league leaders and champions as their player Yamkela Foss picked up Player Of The Match.
