Wolverhampton Wednesday Night Netball - Week 8
In the highly competitive Wolverhampton Wednesday Netball League, Week 8 witnessed some exhilarating performances and edge-of-the-seat finishes in the League.
The League saw four closely-fought matches. Rebounders faced off against Wanderlust, with a final score of 7-3. The Wildflowers and Wolverines engaged in a nail-biting duel, where the Wildflowers narrowly secured a 11-10 win. Dancing With Wolves locked horns with the Wolfy Divas in a thrilling encounter, which saw the Divas clinch a 11-9 victory. The last match of the division between Winter Wonders and Wednesday Warriors concluded as a draw with a score of 5-5.
Naomi Scarisbrick of Dancing With Wolves was outstanding and an instrumental figure in her team's stellar performance. She was recognized as the most valued player of the week for her exceptional skills and significant contributions to her team's performance.
