The ninth week of the season brought a delightful evening of social netball to St. Dominic’s Priory School, where a friendly and inviting atmosphere prevailed. Players of all experience levels, from novices to seasoned veterans, came together to enjoy a great night of netball, fostering an environment of camaraderie and sportsmanship.

The first match saw the Bluebirds and All Game step onto the court, each team brimming with enthusiasm. The game ended with Bluebirds scoring 33 points and All Game earning 7. Amidst laughter and cheers, both teams demonstrated remarkable teamwork and passion, energizing the crowd with their spirited performance.

Next up were Footwork And Fancy and Red Blossoms who played a nail-biting game that had spectators on the edge of their seats. With the final whistle, Footwork And Fancy emerged with a score of 13-10, but it was clear that both teams took away much more than a score. Their commitment, sportsmanship, and positive energy were truly infectious, making it an enjoyable game played in great spirit.

The evening continued with Hoops We Did It Again and Lashes And Passes. The final score was 36-13 in favor of Hoops We Did It Again. Despite the scoreline, both teams exhibited an admirable level of endeavour and sportsmanship. The players' joyous celebrations of each other's goals and effective teamwork were the real highlights of the match.

A special mention goes to the Most Valued Player of the evening. Their enthusiasm and nimble movement around the court were truly commendable. Their positive contribution was not only appreciated by their own teammates but also recognized by their opponents, further testament to the spirit of the game.
