An evening at St Dominics Priory School was brought to life as friends and community members gathered for an enjoyable evening of social netball. This was the sixth week of the season, and the playing field was filled with a welcoming atmosphere where players of all experience levels, from beginners to seasoned pros, enjoyed an outstanding night of netball.
The first match of the evening featured the All Game and Red Blossoms teams. They competed with determination, displaying exceptional teamwork and commitment. All Game finished the game with an impressive score of 25 while Red Blossoms marked their tally at an admirable 8. The spirit of the game was high, with every pass and shot filled with positive energy.
The second match saw the Bluebirds and Lashes And Passes take to the court. The game was a celebration of sportsmanship and camaraderie, with Bluebirds ending the game at 20 and Lashes And Passes tallying 15. The match was played in fantastic spirit, reflecting the true essence of why we all love this community game.
A special mention goes to the evening's Most Valued Player. This player's enthusiasm was infectious, their movement around the court was a sight to behold, and their positive contribution did not go unnoticed by teammates and opponents alike.
