The seventh week of the social netball season at St Dominic's Priory School was an exciting display of sportsmanship and camaraderie, continuing to solidify the beauty of community sport. The atmosphere was charged with positivity, and a radiant sense of fun as players, both new and experienced, came together for yet another splendid evening of social netball under the warm glow of the floodlights.

The first match of the night saw the Shooting Stars and Brammy Babes take to the court in the Premier League group. With a closely fought contest that ended in a score of Brammy Babes 21 - 19 Shooting Stars, both teams exhibited stunning teamwork and commitment. The game was filled with cheerful banter and exchange of smiles, truly capturing the essence of social netball.

The second match showcased the Queen Bees and Stone Mermaids, resulting in a score of Stone Mermaids 21 - 12 Queen Bees. The teams demonstrated excellent sportsmanship and positive energy, marking an enjoyable game played in great spirit. Despite the score, the Queen Bees buzzed with enthusiasm throughout, embodying the essence of social netball.

The third match featured the Goal Diggers and Thunderbirds, with a nail-biting finish of Thunderbirds 17 - 16 Goal Diggers. The game was an excellent testament to the spirit of the sport and the dedication of the players, with everyone showcasing their commitment to team play and sportsmanship.

A special mention goes to the Most Valued Player of the evening, whose enthusiasm and movement around the court was a spectacle to behold. This player's positive contribution did not go unnoticed and was appreciated by teammates and opponents alike. Their display of positive energy was a clear example of the spirit of social netball.
