The third week of the social netball season was marked by an enjoyable evening at St Dominics Priory School. The atmosphere was welcoming, buzzing with laughter, camaraderie, and the hum of excitement that only comes with a sport loved by all. It was a testament to the spirit of the game, with players of different skill levels participating and enjoying a memorable night of netball.

The first match of the evening saw the Queens take on the Brammy Babes. In a game that reflected both teams' commitment, sportsmanship, and positive energy, the final score was 30-4 in favor of Brammy Babes. Despite the score, The Queens demonstrated resilience and a never-give-up attitude that epitomised the spirit of the game.

Up next, Stone Mermaids paired off against Thunderbirds in a match filled with strong teamwork and tactical plays. The Thunderbirds ended the game with a 20-15 lead, showcasing their well-coordinated team effort. The Stone Mermaids, however, displayed spirited enthusiasm throughout the game, proving that every player on the court brings something special to the team.

Shooting Stars faced Goal Diggers in a thrilling game that emphasized the fun and joy in the sport. With a tight score of 21-20, the Shooting Stars successfully weaved through the court, demonstrating a beautiful display of teamwork. On the other hand, the Goal Diggers embodied sportsmanship, applauding the good plays and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the game.

A special mention goes to the Most Valued Player of the evening, whose enthusiasm and superb movement around the court uplifted everyone's spirits. This player's positive contribution was appreciated by teammates and opponents alike, truly embodying the essence of social netball.
