The Worksop Monday Netball League saw another exciting week of competition as week 9 came to a close last night. The Premier League teams battled it out on the court with some thrilling results that have further heated up the race for the league title.

In the Premier League, Worksop Wonders faced a tough match against the Hoops, losing with a close 19-16 scoreline. The Wonders fought hard, but the Hoops held their nerves and managed to edge past them. Despite the loss, the Wonders proved they are a force to be reckoned with, and future opponents must not lose focus against this formidable team.

The match between Bassetlaw Diamonds (white) and Naughty 40's (black Or Yellow) was an absolute nail-biter, with the latter team clinching victory with a 22-20 scoreline. Both teams showed tremendous spirit, displaying a high level of netball with strong attacks and solid defensive plays.
