In the Premier League, the Blue Tigers edged out the Croston Eagles in a gripping match that ended in a narrow 27-25 win for the Tigers. It was a game of intense focus on both sides, with each team giving their all right up to the final whistle.
Elsewhere in the Premier League, the Buckshaw Belles put up a valiant fight against the Croston Harriers, but ultimately fell short with a final score of 17-13 in favour of the Harriers.
Synners delivered a strong performance against the Firestars, taking a clear victory with a final score of 23-14. Rejects, on the other hand, dominated their game against Longshots, concluding the match with a commanding score of 44-18.
The standout player of the week was undoubtedly Teresa Erskine from Longshots. Despite her team's loss, Erskine demonstrated exceptional skill and sportsmanship on the court, earning her the title of the league's most valued player for the week.
The top score of the Premier League division was achieved by the Rejects, who racked up an impressive 44 points in their game. This places them in a strong position as we move into the seventh week of the league.
