Grimsby Thursday Netball: Crowing our champions!

The Grimsby Thursday netball league season ended with aplomb, as we crowned our winners at the Oasis Academy. 

With another incredible campaign under their belt, the dominant Goal Getters once again lifted the title after having sealed their destiny a few games ago. They signed off in style as well, beating second-placed Shooting Stars 24-11 t end the season with ten wins out of ten, as Hannah Usher claimed MVP. 

Cleethorpes Trinity finished third with an 18-9 win over Scrambled Legs in the final game as Charlotte Stowe grabbed her maiden MVP of the season. 

The Queens signed off with a 16-3 victory over Hoops I Did it Again as Kerry Cole earned MVP. 

The three best players of the season were tied for two MVP titles each, with Emma Goodey, Amy Reed and Hannah Usher sharing the plaudits.
