Grimsby Thursday netball: Action Recap

The Grimsby Thursday netball league produced some more pulsating action this week, as a thrilling season carried on into round ten. 

The dominant Goal Getters were pushed to the limit this week, as Nutty Netters put in a spirited display. However, the former’s experience saw them prevail with a 22-19 win, as Steph Durkin took home MVP. 

Cleethorpes Trinity picked up a 19-13 win over Hoops I did it Again for their seventh victory of the season, but it was Hoops’ Lucy Reed who was the standout player of the match. 

As the Queens got their rest week, Scrambled Legs also came through another very tight contest against Shooting Stars, winning 13-10, sparked by MVP Hannah Gibbon.
