Grimsby Netball Thursday League: Season Recap

After a month break for the Easter Holidays, the Grimsby netball league is set to return on the 5th of May every Thursday. Before the new campaign gets underway, let us take a brief look back at the key talking points from the last season at the Oasis Academy Wintringham. 

It was a phenomenal season with a lot of high-octane action, as Goal Getters clinched the title rather convincingly in the end with 46 points, losing just one match out of the 10 the whole season.

Norfolk Enchance also enjoyed a great campaign, coming in second with 38 points and seven wins out of a possible 10. Misfits and Shooting Stars placed third and fourth, after being very closely matched and in the end separated by just two points. Scrambled Legs and Sweaty Betty's rounded out the bottom two, with the former very close to avoiding the zone, just two points behind Shooting Stars.
