NWSH @ Southlands High School was positively buzzing with energy and enthusiasm last Thursday. The 10th week of the season beckoned in another well-attended evening of social netball, uniting players of varying proficiencies for an enjoyable night of camaraderie and sportsmanship.

In the Premier League group, the Chorley Cherries played an outstanding match. The Cherries' synergy and commitment were clearly visible on the court, as they finished the game with an impressive scoreline. The game was played in great spirit, with both teams demonstrating an infectious positive energy that encapsulated the essence of this community event.

One player, in particular, drew attention with their vigor and zest – the Most Valued Player (MVP) of the night. Their enthusiasm was unrivaled, their movement around the court was awe-inspiring, and their positive contribution to the game was appreciated by teammates and opponents alike. The MVP's encouraging attitude was a testament to the heart and soul of this friendly and inclusive league.

As we anticipate the 11th week, we look forward to another exciting evening of social netball at Southlands. It's not just about keeping active; it's about meeting new people, developing netball skills, and being part of a supportive environment that encourages growth and enjoyment.

As we approach the end of the season, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has participated, making this season a truly memorable one. A warm acknowledgment goes to the Chorley Cherries, who have shown exceptional teamwork throughout the season. This isn't just about winning; it's about playing the game we love, making new friends, and creating unforgettable memories. Let's head into the final week with the same enthusiasm and spirit that has made this season truly spectacular. See you on the court!
