Play in the Chorley Thursday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

The fourth week of the social netball season at NWSH @ Southlands High School could not have been more welcoming or better spirited. Players of all experience levels gathered for an enjoyable evening of friendly competition, camaraderie and community. The atmosphere buzzed with positivity, and the court came alive with the energy of some truly fun and exciting netball games.

In the Division 1 group, Astley Ballers and the Clovers locked horns in a game that was truly a testament to teamwork and commitment. The Clovers ended the game with a scoreline of 25-13, but the positive energy and great spirit displayed by both teams were the real winners of the day.

Next up, Chorley Flames and Chorley Inferno Fireballs faced off in a fun-filled contest. Though the Fireballs finished the game ahead at 31-15, the Flames exhibited commendable sportsmanship and stellar teamwork – making the game a joy to watch.

The Vipers and Hoops I Did It Again showed us that netball is all about friendly camaraderie and collective joy. The game ended with Hoops I Did It Again on a score of 32-24, but the unwavering commitment and unyielding spirit of both teams were truly inspiring.

The Sundays and Net Rebels gave us a thrilling game that drew everyone in. The game finished with the Net Rebels slightly ahead at 16-13. Still, it was the high energy, great morale and shared love for the game displayed by both teams that lingered in everyone's minds.

A special mention goes to the Most Valued Player of the evening. Their incredible enthusiasm, effortless movement around the court and positive contribution to the game were appreciated by teammates and opponents alike. Their dedication to the sport and team spirit were truly exemplary.

Looking ahead, we are all eager for Week 5 and another exciting evening of social netball. This is more than just a game – it's about keeping active, meeting new people and developing netball skills in a supportive, fun-filled environment.
