With only two weeks remaining in the Chorley Sunday Netball League’s season, the stakes have risen as teams compete to secure their places for next season. The thrilling eighth-week matches in Divisions 1 and 2 have caused significant shifts in the league tables.

In Division 1, Chorley Inferno Fireballs showed a stellar performance, defeating Ball Busters with a stunning 28-15 victory. The Fireballs demonstrated exceptional teamwork and skill, which played a key role in their success.

Victory Vipers also had an impressive showing, outscoring Goal Diggers 31-21. Their relentless defense and swift transitions were a sight to behold, solidifying their reputation as formidable players in the league.

Hoops I Did It Again also showcased their prowess, beating The Sundays 27-16 in a closely-contested match. Their consistent scoring rate throughout the game aided in securing their win.

Over in Division 2, Astley Ballers pulled off a commanding 29-10 win against Chorley Flames. Their aggressive playstyle and superior ball handling proved too much for the Flames.

The Firebirds soared high, achieving a remarkable 37-17 win over Hot Shots. Their strategic play and high-scoring ability have raised the bar for the rest of the division.

Netflicks and Balls also had a triumphant evening, defeating Net Rebels 32-10. Their potent offensive skills and rigorous defense have made them one of the top teams in the division.
