Flooded court...

A BIG apology to everyone that wasted their time in making the journey on Sunday night!

Unfortunately due to poor drainage and a lot go rain, the court was flooded and deemed not playable by the umpire, though after seeing the photos taken, I completely agree!

Annoyingly this was our last game before the Christmas break, so now there will be no netball until January.

The good news is that the court is shutting early for Christmas to do maintenance on the surface, with the hope that it either solves the drainage issue or at least helps, especially with how relentless the lovely English winter can be.

Of course please everyone keep a close eye on the league page and Facebook page for any updates.

The hope is that when we return to netball, we have a refreshed playing surface to use from the work being do to it, so fingers cross the New Year gets off to a good start!
