The latest round of the Market Rasen Tuesday 7-a-side Netball League provided its fair share of drama, as week 10 of the season saw some closely fought battles in the Premier League.

In this week's highlights, The Bomber Birds claimed a narrow victory over the Wold Warriors, sealing the win with a score line of 22-19. Macey Dickinson, a notable player from The Bomber Birds, was announced as the most valued player of the week, demonstrating exceptional skills and talent on the court. Her performance was crucial to The Bomber Birds' success and she has drawn praise from fans and team members alike.

Following this, The Dynamites outshone their counterparts, The Vixens, displaying a remarkable performance that ended in a decisive 19-5 victory. The Dynamites' impressive strategies and teamwork were evident, as they dominated the game from the very beginning.

Meanwhile, in another nail-biting match, The Swifts managed to outpace the Rasen Hot Shots with a final score of 11-8. Despite a strong start from the Hot Shots, The Swifts rallied in the second half to secure a hard-fought win.

With the season progressing rapidly, the intensity of the games is set to increase and the teams will be looking to improve their rankings on the league table. As the competition heats up, the Premier League division of Market Rasen Tuesday Netball League continues to promise exciting matches and outstanding individual performances.

The Premier League will resume next week with teams battling it out for the top spots and players like Macey Dickinson looking to continue their impressive form.

With an imminent break next month over Christmas and New Year we will be starting the new season straight after the end of the current season which means the first game of the new season will be Jan 23rd 2024. As a final note, the leisure centre increased its hire charge to us earlier this year. We have so far absorbed this additional charge for the last 7 months for you but we will have to increase prices for the new season, effective from Tuesday January 23rd 2024. The team fee will now be £42 per week which is £6 per player for a standard team of 7 or respectably under £5 per player for a squad of 9 or more. Thank you.
