Play in the Orpington Sunday social netball league

(1) Last Sunday evening, Harris Academy was abuzz with excitement and camaraderie as Week 9 of our social netball season unfolded. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with players of varying experience levels coming together to enjoy a beautiful night of sportsmanship and fun. The spirit of the game filled the air, as cheers and laughter echoed around the court.

(2) Two of our Premier League teams, Diamond Divas and Net Setters, played a lively match. The game finished with Diamond Divas on 18 points and Net Setters not far behind with 14. The display of genuine teamwork on both sides was commendable, and the commitment shown by every player was inspiring. With positive energy emanating from every player, the game was a true embodiment of the sportsmanship and community that social netball fosters. The match was enjoyed by everyone involved, with both teams acknowledging it was played in a great spirit.

(3) A special mention must be made of our Most Valued Player of the week, Charlotte Alderman from Dynamic Dunks. Charlotte's enthusiasm was infectious and her agility around the court was a joy to watch. Her positive contribution, both as a player and as a teammate, did not go unnoticed. Charlotte's efforts were appreciated not only by her own teammates but by her opponents as well, who admired her sportsmanship and game spirit.

(4) As we look forward to Week 10, we're excited for another evening of friendly social netball. This is not just an opportunity to keep active physically, but also a chance to meet new people and develop our netball skills in a supportive and welcoming environment. Remember, at the end of the day, it's not just about the score, but the smiles, laughter, and friendships made on and off the court. Let's keep the Back to Netball spirit alive and make every week a celebration of our love for the game!
