Play in the Orpington Sunday social netball league

It was another splendid evening at Harris Academy, where the spirit of camaraderie echoed throughout the netball courts. Week 8 of the Social Netball season was filled with laughter, sportsmanship, and fantastic teamwork. Players of all skill levels came together to cherish the game they love, contributing to an atmosphere filled with heartfelt netball nostalgia and infectious excitement.

In the Premier League group, we witnessed a gripping match between the Dynamic Dunks and the Diamond Divas. After a thrilling game, the Dynamic Dunks finished with a score of 21-20. The game was a testament to the unyielding commitment of the players, their seamless teamwork, and the positive vibes that enlivened the court.

The second match was equally exciting, with the Gold Ringers and the Southborough Stormers battling it out in a display of sportsmanship. The Gold Ringers finished the game with a 24-12 scoreline. It was another demonstration of fantastic teamwork, with a dash of friendly competitiveness.

This week's Most Valued Player was Rebecca Moore from Dynamic Dunks, who truly earned her stripes. Her enthusiasm was infectious, and her nimble movements around the court made the game a joy to watch. Rebecca’s positive contributions were not only appreciated by her teammates but also by her opponents, which truly encapsulates the ethos of our social netball community.

As we look forward to Week 9, we can't wait for another evening of friendly social netball. With only two weeks of matches left, the remaining games promise to be an exciting mix of skill development, meeting new people, and most importantly, having fun.
