Nottingham Sunday Night Netball - Week 5

In the Premier League, the Misfits narrowly edged the Notts Players in a thrilling encounter that ended 8-7. Despite the close score, the Misfits exhibited a brilliant performance, relying on their solid defence and tactical prowess. The Notts Players, although defeated, displayed a commendable fighting spirit and team effort.

A high-scoring match was seen between the Sunday Stormers and In It To Win It, with the latter team taking the win at 19-12. Both teams showcased their excellent shooting skills and effective passes.

The Nottingham Ninjas had a close shave victory over the Brave Hearts, winning 11-9 in an exhilarating game. The Ninjas' agility and quick thinking on the court paid off, while the Brave Hearts showed tenacity and determination.

Sarah Gunn from Brave Hearts was named the most valued player of the week. Despite her team's loss, Gunn stood out with her exceptional performance and agility. Her excellent skills, both offensively and defensively, showed why she is a valued member of her team.

As the fifth week concluded, In It To Win It secured their position as the top scorers in the Premier League division, displaying a fantastic show of offensive netball. However, the competition remains intense, and the upcoming matches promise more thrilling and high-octane action. With skill, grit, and a slice of luck, it remains to be seen which team will clinch the title in this exciting league.
