Nottingham Monday Night Netball - Week 9
In the heated ninth week of Nottingham's Monday Netball league, the League saw exhilarating matchups and impressive performances.
The Rebounders won against Chilwell Flames, with a score of 14-4.
The competition intensified as Nova Stars and Pink Ladies took to the court. Despite a spirited effort from the Pink Ladies, Nova Stars managed to secure a narrow win with a final score of 13-10. A commendable performance was displayed by both teams with back-and-forth action that kept spectators on the edge of their seats. The Fun Bunch won against Chilwell Shooters, winning with a score of 12-5.
In what proved to be the most thrilling match of the evening, Nottingham Noodles tied with Net Club 7 Nottingham in a nail-biting 13-13 deadlock. The gripping game showcased the high level of competition within the division, proving that every point counts.
The MVP of the week's action-packed league was Nicky McNarry from Nova Stars, who put on a standout performance. McNarry displayed great agility, precision and teamwork throughout the games, earning well-deserved recognition and leading the Nova Stars to their triumphant win.
