New season gets underway

The new season started this week with all 8 teams in attendance.  The Herons started the defence of their title by defeating Panthers Grey in a very competitive game.  Jets White manmaged to hold off Dragons Green to take a 6-4 win, while Jets Black recorded an impressive 22-4 win against Panthers Pink.  Dragons Red were defeated 26-6 by Herons 2 but are looking a much improved side from last season.
