In the 11th week of the action-packed Bridgend Sunday 7-a-side Netball league, we witnessed some sensational netball in the League. The much-anticipated matches took place yesterday night, giving us scores that ended in electrifying fashion.

One of the standout games included a spirited performance from Coit Y Cobras, who took on the Pen-y-bont Dragons. The Cobras exhibited an impressive display of teamwork and skill, securing a decisive 17-7 victory over their rivals. Their formidable offense and impenetrable defence were key to their triumph.

In another high-octane League match, the Pink Ladies demonstrated their sheer dominance over the Netball Ninjas. Despite the Ninjas' commendable efforts, they were unable to match the Ladies' intensity, succumbing to a 24-8 defeat. The Pink Ladies showcased their excellent accuracy and speed, leaving the Ninjas with a lot to work on before the next game.

The week's most valued player award went to the phenomenal Yasmine Hague-Gobell from the Hot Shots. Her outstanding performance was instrumental in her team’s success. Yasmine's agility and precision ensured her team's upper hand in their respective match.

Further details on the top scorers from each team of the League will be released soon. This week's games have indeed set a high bar for the forthcoming fixtures, leaving the audience eagerly awaiting the next round of the Bridgend Sunday Netball League.

One final note to push out for the safety of all platers is to ensure that nails are short ( if not you will need to wear gloves ) we expect all players to adhere to this.

Anyone who is told by our umpires that there nails are too long will be turned away and wont be able to play the safety of our players is most important.
