In an electrifying fourth week of the Bridgend Sunday Netball league, the teams battled it out in the Premier League division, showcasing their grit and exceptional talent.

Pen-y-bont Dragons edged out Cougars in a nerve-racking match, with a final score of 11-10. The Dragons showed impressive resilience and team spirit, securing their victory in the last few moments of this thrilling encounter.

Meanwhile, Coit Y Cobras demonstrated excellent teamwork and agility as they outscored Hot Shots 12-9. The Cobras displayed a commendable performance, reigning supreme on the court with their swift passes and impeccable shooting accuracy.

However, the night's most commanding performances came from Netball Ninjas and Pink Ladies, who both won their matches 18-0 against Hoops I Did It Again and Brackla Phoenix respectively. These teams dominated their games from start to finish, leaving no room for their opponents to score.

Standing out this week was Rachel Humphreys from Netball Ninjas, who was named the Most Valued Player. Humphreys showcased her exceptional skills and was instrumental in leading her team to a decisive victory. Her superb performance on the court has put her in the spotlight as a player to watch this season.
